Where are you in the process?
Already on the job? Promotional and in-career prep is on the build roadmap. Tell us what your next exam is and you will hear the day it ships.
Candidates spend $1,000 to $3,000 per hiring cycle before certifications. Most of it on guesswork.
Aptitude tests charge per attempt. Prep companies charge per practice pack. Nobody tells you which requirements your target city actually checks, or in what order to earn them. Semparo is the structured, unlimited alternative.
City-specific roadmaps
Calgary hires differently than Toronto, and Saskatoon hires differently than both. Your plan is built from your target departments' actual requirements, verified against official sources.
The Gap List
Tell us what you hold. We compare it against every requirement at every target department and show exactly what stands between you and an offer, with a Readiness Score per city.
Unlimited practice
Official vendors charge per attempt. Semparo Pro gives you unlimited original practice questions and timed mocks for every Canadian test family, for one price.
Interview Lab
STAR story building and AI mock interviews scored against the competencies Canadian panels actually probe, including MMI practice for Edmonton.
Test-specific fitness
CPAT is not the FPAT, and neither is the York. Twelve-week programs built for your target department's actual physical test, at your equipment level.
Honesty-first background prep
Personal History Statement guidance that teaches complete, accurate disclosure and honest context. No games, no countermeasures, ever. That is the only strategy that works.
Prepare for the test your department actually uses.
Applying to Calgary and Toronto means two different test families. Elsewhere, that is two separate practice packs in US dollars that expire in weeks. Here, every Canadian test family is in one membership, and the syllabus of every section is free to read before you pay anything.
Three hiring models. One roadmap.
Every Canadian department hires one of three ways. The 14-step roadmap adapts to whichever models your target cities use.
Model A
We train you
Entry-level hiring with no fire certifications required. Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Halifax hire this way. Medical certs and licensing set you apart.
Model B
Come pre-certified
NFPA 1001 I and II before you apply. Toronto, most of Ontario, Winnipeg, Kelowna, and Victoria hire this way. Fire school is part of your plan.
Model C
Paramedic-first
A paramedic licence is the core requirement. Saskatoon, Regina, St. Albert, and Winnipeg's PCP stream hire this way. The medical ladder is your path.
Never pay per practice test again.
Semparo Pro is one subscription with everything unlimited: every question bank, every timed mock, every retake, the Interview Lab, and full fitness programs.
